Perde Gizlilik Politikası

Perde, kullanıcının kendi eklediği IPTV listelerini (M3U, Xtream Codes) oynatan bir medya oynatıcıdır. Bu politika, Perde'nin Android uygulaması (telefon, tablet, Android TV), Samsung ve LG TV uygulamaları, bilgisayar sürümü ve perdeplayer.com sitesi için geçerlidir.
Özet
Perde'nin geliştiricisi hakkında hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz, saklamaz ya da paylaşmaz. Uygulamada hesap, reklam, analiz ya da kullanım takibi yoktur. Eklediğin her şey yalnızca kendi cihazında kalır. Google Play sürümündeki satın almaları Google Play işler. Ücretsiz deneme süresi ve lisans yalnızca cihazında doğrulanır. TV'ye siteden liste gönderirsen liste uçtan uca şifrelenir; sunucumuz okunamayan paketi en fazla 10 dakika tutar ve siler.
Cihazında saklanan bilgiler
- Eklediğin listeler: liste adresleri ve Xtream sunucu adresi, kullanıcı adı ve şifre.
- Favoriler, "İzlemeye devam et" konumları, son izlenen kanallar, gizlenen kategoriler ve ayarlar.
- Ebeveyn kilidi açıksa PIN'in kendisi değil, tek yönlü karma (hash) değeri.
- Kurduğun program hatırlatıcıları.
- Ücretsiz deneme süresinin başladığı tarih ve lisansın durumu (girdiğin lisans anahtarının kendisi değil, tek yönlü özeti ve son dört karakteri; ya da Google Play satın alımının durumu).
Bu bilgiler yalnızca cihazındaki uygulama deposunda tutulur; geliştiriciye ya da başka bir sunucuya gönderilmez ve Android'in bulut yedeklemesine dahil edilmez.
İnternet bağlantıları
Perde yalnızca senin eklediğin liste, yayın akışı (EPG) ve yayın adreslerine bağlanır. Bu bağlantılar cihazındaki yerel aracı üzerinden (TV uygulamalarında doğrudan) ilgili sunuculara yapılır; arada geliştiriciye ait bir sunucu yoktur. Tek istisna, aşağıdaki "TV'ye siteden liste ekleme" özelliğidir. Bağlandığın IPTV sağlayıcısı, her internet hizmetinde olduğu gibi IP adresin gibi bağlantı bilgilerini görebilir; bu bilgiler o sağlayıcının kendi gizlilik koşullarına tabidir.
Cihazlar arası eşitleme
Eşitlemeyi yalnızca sen başlatabilirsin. Başlattığında listelerin, favorilerin ve izleme konumların aynı yerel ağdaki (Wi-Fi) kendi diğer cihazına doğrudan aktarılır; internete ya da bir sunucuya gönderilmez. Eşleştirme ekranı kapanınca ya da 10 dakika dolunca bağlantı kapanır. Aktarım yerel ağ içinde şifrelenmemiş HTTP ile yapıldığından eşitlemeyi yalnızca güvendiğin ağlarda kullanmanı öneririz.
TV'ye siteden liste ekleme ("Telefondan ekle")
Yerel sunucusu olmayan TV'lerde (ör. Samsung, LG) listeni telefonundan ya da bilgisayarından perdeplayer.com/ekle sayfasıyla gönderebilirsin. Bu özellik yalnızca sen TV'de "Telefondan ekle" ekranını açtığında çalışır:
- TV kendine bir şifreleme anahtarı üretir. Gizli anahtar yalnızca TV'de kalır; ekranda gösterilen "cihaz kimliği" açık anahtarın kısa özetidir. Bu kimlik TV'nin gerçek MAC adresi ya da donanım bilgisi değildir, rastgele üretilir.
- TV'nin açık anahtarı ve kimliği, sitenin listeyi şifreleyebilmesi için sunucumuzda en fazla 24 saat tutulur.
- Girdiğin liste bilgileri (adres, kullanıcı adı, şifre ya da dosya) sitede, tarayıcında, TV'nin anahtarıyla şifrelenir. Sunucumuza yalnızca şifreli paket gelir; bu paketi sunucumuz ya da geliştirici açamaz, yalnızca senin TV'n açabilir.
- Şifreli paket TV alınca hemen, alınmazsa en geç 10 dakika sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Listen sunucumuzda saklanmaz, istek günlüğü tutulmaz.
Site ve bu aktarım Cloudflare, Inc. (ABD) altyapısında çalışır. Cloudflare, siteyi sunabilmek için her barındırma hizmetinde olduğu gibi IP adresi gibi bağlantı bilgilerini işleyebilir; şifreli paketin içeriğine erişemez. Sitede analiz, reklam ya da çerez yoktur. Bu özelliği kullanman, şifreli paketin bu altyapı üzerinden aktarılmasına onay verdiğin anlamına gelir; kullanmak istemezsen listeni TV'de "Liste ekle"den elle girebilirsin.
Satın almalar (Google Play sürümü)
Perde'nin ömür boyu lisansı, Google Play üzerinden tek seferlik bir satın alımdır. Ödeme bilgilerin (kart, fatura adresi vb.) yalnızca Google tarafından işlenir; geliştirici bu bilgileri görmez. Uygulama, satın alımını doğrulamak için Google Play'den yalnızca satın alma kaydını (ürün, durum ve Google'ın imzası) alır ve lisansın açık olduğunu cihazında saklar; bu bilgi geliştiriciye gönderilmez. Satın alma işlemi Google Gizlilik Politikası'na ve Google Play koşullarına tabidir. İade talepleri Google Play üzerinden yapılır.
İzinler
Uygulama internet erişimi iznini kullanır; Google Play sürümü ayrıca satın alma için Google Play faturalandırma iznini kullanır. Konum, kamera, mikrofon, kişiler ya da dosya erişimi izni istemez.
Çocuklar
Perde çocuklara yönelik bir uygulama değildir. Uygulama, yetişkin içerikli kategorileri PIN ile gizleyen isteğe bağlı bir ebeveyn kilidi sunar.
Verilerini silme
Verilerin yalnızca cihazında olduğu için tamamen senin kontrolündedir: listeleri uygulamadan silebilir, izleme geçmişini Ayarlar → Veriler bölümünden temizleyebilir ya da uygulamanın verilerini silerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak her şeyi kaldırabilirsin. Geliştiricinin elinde silinecek bir verin bulunmaz.

Perde Privacy Policy

Perde is a media player for IPTV playlists (M3U, Xtream Codes) that users add themselves. This policy applies to the Perde Android app (phone, tablet, Android TV), the Samsung and LG TV apps, the desktop version and the perdeplayer.com website.
Summary
The developer of Perde does not collect, store or share any personal data about you. The app has no accounts, ads, analytics or usage tracking. Everything you add stays on your own device. Purchases in the Google Play version are processed by Google Play. The free trial and your license are verified only on your device. If you send a playlist to your TV from the website, it is end-to-end encrypted; our server holds the unreadable package for 10 minutes at most and then deletes it.
Information stored on your device
- Playlists you add: playlist URLs and Xtream server address, username and password.
- Favorites, "Continue watching" positions, recently watched channels, hidden categories and settings.
- If parental lock is enabled, a one-way hash of the PIN (not the PIN itself).
- Program reminders you set.
- The date your free trial started and the state of your license (not the license key itself but a one-way hash and its last four characters; or the state of your Google Play purchase).
This information is kept only in the app's storage on your device. It is not sent to the developer or to any other server, and it is excluded from Android cloud backup.
Network connections
Perde connects only to the playlist, program guide (EPG) and stream addresses that you add. These connections go from a local proxy on your device (directly, in the TV apps) to those servers; no server operated by the developer is involved. The only exception is the "Add a playlist from the website" feature below. As with any internet service, the IPTV provider you connect to can see connection details such as your IP address; that information is subject to the provider's own privacy terms.
Device sync
Only you can start a sync. When you do, your playlists, favorites and watch positions are transferred directly to your own other device on the same local (Wi-Fi) network; they are not sent over the internet or to any server. The connection closes when the pairing screen is closed or after 10 minutes. Because the transfer uses unencrypted HTTP within the local network, we recommend syncing only on networks you trust.
Add a playlist from the website ("Add from phone")
On TVs without a local server (e.g. Samsung, LG) you can send your playlist from your phone or computer through perdeplayer.com/ekle. This only works while you have the "Add from phone" screen open on the TV:
- The TV creates its own encryption key. The secret key never leaves the TV; the "device ID" shown on screen is a short digest of its public key. It is not the TV's real MAC address or any hardware identifier; it is randomly generated.
- The TV's public key and ID are kept on our server for up to 24 hours so the website can encrypt for it.
- The playlist details you enter (address, username, password or file) are encrypted in your browser with the TV's key. Only the encrypted package reaches our server; neither our server nor the developer can open it, only your TV can.
- The encrypted package is deleted as soon as the TV picks it up, or automatically after 10 minutes at most. Your playlist is not stored on our server and no request logs are kept.
The website and this transfer run on Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) infrastructure. Like any hosting service, Cloudflare may process connection data such as your IP address to serve the website; it cannot access the contents of the encrypted package. The website has no analytics, ads or cookies. By using this feature you agree that the encrypted package is transferred through this infrastructure; if you prefer not to, enter your playlist on the TV under "Add playlist".
Purchases (Google Play version)
Perde's lifetime license is a one-time purchase made through Google Play. Your payment details (card, billing address, etc.) are processed only by Google; the developer never sees them. To verify your purchase, the app receives only the purchase record (product, state and Google's signature) from Google Play and stores on your device that the license is active; this is not sent to the developer. Purchases are subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Play's terms. Refund requests are handled through Google Play.
Permissions
The app uses the internet access permission; the Google Play version also uses the Google Play billing permission for purchases. It does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts or file access.
Children
Perde is not directed at children. It offers an optional parental lock that hides adult categories behind a PIN.
Deleting your data
Because your data exists only on your device, it is fully under your control: you can delete playlists in the app, clear watch history under Settings → Data, or remove everything by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. The developer holds no data about you to delete.
